These Terms govern your use of InfoTechGigs, operated by Foundry Holdings Inc. DBA InfoTechGigs ("we," "us," or "our"). By joining our early access list, creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
InfoTechGigs is a private SMS job alert service for IT professionals. We match members with relevant roles from vetted employers and deliver alerts by text message.
SMS program terms
InfoTechGigs Job Alerts, operated by Foundry Holdings Inc. DBA InfoTechGigs. You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our website or in your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email support@infotechgigs.ai. U.S. subscribers only. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. Membership is personal and non-transferable. We may approve or decline membership at our discretion.
Membership fees
Membership pricing will be shown before you are asked to pay. Paid memberships renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Acceptable use
- Do not provide false or misleading information
- Use the service only for a genuine job search or hiring
- Do not share or sell your account access
- Do not use automated means to access or scrape the service
Employers
Employers confirm that every listing is a genuine, current opening, and may use a member's details only to follow up on that member's interest in a specific role.
Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee job placements, employer responses or the accuracy of listings. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.
